I'm a learning & development leader with almost ten years of experience working in growing tech startups. I've joined multiple SaaS startups where I've launched the L&D function and program managed areas such as new hire onboarding, manager and leadership development and launching learning management systems.

My background also includes working as an ATD certified instructional designer. I'm experienced in utilzing tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline and Camtasia to design interactive and engaging self-led e-learning courses.

I'm very passionate about being able to empower employees to be successful in their roles through interactive and engaging training experiences.
